Small yoga studio on 2nd floor of an accessible building; elevator and stair access. Enter into a small reception/gift shop space with private area for wellness therapies or one-on-one meeting. Practice room is separated by a door; overhead lighting or lamps for subdued setting. Approx. 500 sq ft practice room holds up to a 8-10 depending on the type of practice and space needed. Beautiful Tibetan gong sits one corner, several specialty hand drums in the other corner. Full-size windows easily open for added ventilation.
This shared space opportunity is perfect for someone looking to host more than one client at a time in a small group class or in need of a professional space to see private clients. Great for workshops of all kinds; conference tables and chairs available depending on the type of gathering. Water cooler, Wi-Fi, heated or A/C.
